On the heels of an incredible Family Festival last weekend, the OC Foundation is putting the final touches on three major events this coming weekend. It’s not to late to signup to attend any or all of these events.

Friday, May 2 – OC Transfer Ceremony and Scholarship Awards
The OC Foundation is partnering with OC’s University Transfer Center to host a special event for students transferring from Oxniard College for the 2025/2026 school year. While we don’t know the final number of transferring students, we do know that the Foundation plans to present 36 scholarship grant awards to 29 of the transfer students. If you wish for more information, contact the Foundation office right away.
Saturday, May 3 – OC Athletic Alumni Association Hall of Fame Banquet
The OC Foundation is helping coordinate the fourth annual event, taking place at 11:30am in the PAB Black Box. The 2015 Men’s Soccer Team will be enshrined in the Hall of Fame and Dr. Carolyn Inouye will be presented with the Lifetime Condor Award. Sunday, May 4 – Lazer Media Cinco de Mayo Celebration
We’re partnering with our friends at Lazer Media to bring a full lineup of entertainment to the Community Marketplace. It expects to be a fun day of entertainment, shopping, dining, and family fun. The Marketplace runs from 8am to 3pm.
It’s a big weekend for the Foundation and we hope you’ll join us!
