Foundation Strategic Plan

OC Foundation is finalizing its 2023/2024 strategic planning process.

The OC Foundation Board of Directors conducted a strategic planning process during the first half of the 2023/2024 fiscal year to map out its short-term (1-3 year) future. Input from the campus and greater communities provided an abundance of feedback, concerns, and ideas…all fueling the production of the final plan. The Foundation appreciates the incredible assistance throughout this process.

The strategic planning process was facilitated by George Boodrookas of Philanthropia. The former executive director of the Modesto Junior College Foundation guided the board in an impressive fashion.

The board is currently reviewing the draft version of the final plan, which expects to begin implementation in January 2024.
