Foundation Strategic Plan

The OC Foundation is conducting a strategic planning process to identify strategies that will best advance its mission. The strategic plan will provide a roadmap for the Foundation’s success. The process allows the board, staff and key stakeholders to outline the Foundation’s most important priorities, ensuring that everyone is aligned around the mission, vision, values and most important priorities. The plan outlines goals and objectives while providing a framework for implementing and achieving them.

The Process

We’re pleased to be working with George Boodrookas of Philanthropia Consulting, who will facilitate the strategic planning process, which begins in July. Following five months of surveys, retreats, and more discussions, a final report will be presented for approval and implementation at the December 2023 full board meeting.
